Logging in to view Helpdesk and support tickets
We have moved our Helpdesk system and it now requires you to login before submitting a helpdesk ticket or viewing your existing tickets.
We have made this change for many reasons but the biggest reason if for your security and ease of access, centralising it.
With the helpdesk now under a login you have private access to submit and view tickets with improved security. Also the process of viewing your tickets is now simplified as you will be directed to your tickets after logging in. Submitting of a new ticket is also simplified as now your stored details will be automatically updated.
